  • Personnel hygiene requirements

    1. Personnel directly engaged in cosmetics production are not allowed to leave long nails, wear rings, watches, hand ornaments, earrings, wear heavy makeup, have false eyelashes, false nails, spray perfume, dye nail polish, etc., and have no hand injuries.
    2. Before entering the workshop, production operators must wash their hands, wear neat work clothes, work hats, and work shoes. Work clothes should cover the outer coat, and the cuffs and pants of work clothes cannot be rolled up. Work hats must cover the ears, and all hair should be rolled into the work hats. Personnel entering the filling room must wear masks and their mouth and nose must not be exposed. During work, one should always maintain cleanliness.
  • Raw material acceptance

    1. The warehouse keeper shall correspond to the planned procurement details and inspect the basic information such as raw material packaging label identification, supplier provided information, and name according to the acceptance system. Those that meet the requirements shall be placed in the waiting area and a request for inspection shall be issued to notify the quality inspector for inspection.
    2. The raw material quality inspector receives the inspection request and verifies the delivery note according to the details of the raw material inspection notice, COA、MSDS, Packaging label identification, raw material sampling and related testing items inspection according to standards.
  • Raw material inspection work

    The quality inspector notifies the warehouse of the inspection results, and the warehouse places them in the designated area according to the inspection results. If they pass, they are placed in the qualified area, and if they fail, they are placed in the unqualified area; The quality inspection results and data should be recorded and archived in the original records.

  • Production water testing - monitoring

  • Emulsification production process

    1.Before emulsification production, the emulsification pot needs to be boiled with water and disinfected at high temperature, and then prepared according to the process. The clothing, personal hygiene, and environmental hygiene of the operators must comply with relevant regulations (300000 level production workshops, every shift must turn on a 30 minute ultraviolet lamp for disinfection after work)

  • After Emulsification production

    After the production of the material is completed, it should be placed in the "static room" and left to stand for 24 hours (except for emergencies), and the quality inspection should be notified to take samples for inspection. This area is a 100000 level clean area
  • Physical, chemical, and microbiological testing of semi-finished products

    Microbial cultivation time and standards:

    Bacterial culture for 48 hours (2 days)
    Standard ≤ 1000cfu/ml
    Mold and yeast cultivation for 120 hours (5 days)
    Standard ≤ 100cfu/ml
  • Packaging material acceptance, testing, cleaning

    1. Use a packaging sealing tester to test the quality of packaging materials. After the inspection is completed, notify the warehouse to place them in different areas according to the inspection results. Confirm and sign for the packaging material sample.

    2. Different cleaning methods can be selected for different packaging materials, such as blowing dust and rinsing with pure water to remove impurities from the packaging materials as much as possible. Return defective packaging materials to the packaging factory and replenish them.
  • Packaging material disinfection

    Different disinfection methods can be selected according to the different packaging materials, including ozone disinfection and high-temperature disinfection. The disinfected packaging materials have been stored in the packaging temporary storage room and must be used up within 48 hours, otherwise they will be disinfected and reused.
  • Production Process - Filling

    1.After confirming the accuracy of the pre production sample, produce according to the production operation requirements

    2.After passing the quality inspection, notify the workshop to label it as "qualified" and arrange for it to be handed over to the warehouse.

    3.If the documents received by the warehouse keeper are qualified and the relevant information is fully signed and confirmed, the product will be pulled to the "qualified area" and processed for storage on the system.
  • Product sample retention and batch record archiving

    1. Collect batch records of emulsification, filling, packaging, and inspection production processes, as well as warehouse entry and sales records, and organize and archive the cost of nail installation

    2. Sample the finished products according to relevant requirements, register and place the samples in the sample room after passing microbiological inspection, and regularly observe the quality status of the products at different stages
  • Arrange to ship

    1.To prevent damage during transportation, the package can be additionally wrapped in woven bags, equipped with anti-collision corners and pallet supports to ensure transportation safety.
