🛠️ What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Basic standards:
Skincare products: 5000 units/item
Makeup: 10000 units/item
Support small-scale trial production (1000 units).
🧪 Can you provide an exclusive formula? How does intellectual property belong?
NDA agreement and formula confidentiality clause can be signed, and the intellectual property rights of customized formulas belong to the customer;
Can customize exclusive formulas for customers based on different aspects such as ingredients, efficacy, texture, aroma, color, etc.
Provide ingredient replacement solutions (such as replacing alcohol/controversial preservatives) to meet regulations in various countries.
⏱️ How long is the production cycle?
From confirming the formula to shipping:
Standard product: 30 days
Customized formula: 60 days (including stability testing and allergy testing).
💼 Do you provide reverse development services for competitors?
Support competitor ingredient analysis and development of affordable alternative solutions, with a cost of USD 200 per product (including 3 versions of formula optimization)
🔄 Can the formula ratio be modified during production?
Free modification before feeding; Modification after feeding requires payment of raw material loss fee+labor cost (approximately 5-10% of the order amount)
📊 What compliance certifications do you support?
Our products comply with ISO 22716,ISO 9001,GMP,FDA,CPNP,CPSR,HALAL regulations, and offer optional services such as MSDS,Free Sale Certificate,Efficacy Testing Report.
⏱️ Is there a markup for urgent orders (<30 days)?
The urgent fee is 20% of the order amount, with priority given to production and skipping stability testing (requiring a risk commitment letter to be signed)

💰 How to calculate wholesale discounts?

🗺️ Do you support exclusive regional agency?
Regional protection agreements can be signed, requiring:
Prepaid deposit (starting from USD 5000);
Promise the minimum annual purchase quantity (such as USD 200K/year in the Middle East market),the annual procurement requirements vary depending on the region. This condition can be negotiated.
📉 Will the decrease in procurement amount cancel the agency qualification?
No limit set for the first year; If the purchase amount in the following year is less than 80% of the contracted quantity, the deposit must be supplemented or downgraded to a regular dealer.
🚚 Logistics and inventory support
Ship from the nearest warehouse: supports shipment from China/USA/UK warehouse to reduce shipping costs;
Unopened and unsold products can apply for exchange (limited to 15% of the annual procurement amount),round trip shipping fee+5% renovation fee to be paid.Please note that this policy is aimed at wholesale customers who have been cooperating for more than one year.
📊 How to obtain marketing materials?
Provide localized material packages:high-definition product images+promotional poster+related certificate support
⚖️ How to protect oneself from parallel source price suppression?
Sign a regional price protection agreement,will stop supply and claim compensation after verification
📜 How to solve the brand authorization required by the platform?
Provide authorization sales letter template and brand contact list to assist in communicating authorization; Unauthorized products can be sold on independent websites.
🚚 Do you support WFS/FBA warehouse labeling services?
FBA pre labeling (according to Amazon label specification) and Wal Mart WFS, needs to pay an additional $0.2/piece.

💳 What cross-border payment methods are supported?
Credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), PayPal, Western Union,Alipay,e-Wallet(such as Apple Wallet),Bank Transfer
📅 Where can I check the shelf life?
Refer to the production batch number at the bottom of the box
📊 Has the product undergone skin testing?
All products have passed skin irritation testing, and it is recommended to try small samples or test it on the skin behind the ear for sensitive skin first.
🧴 Can you recommend a product that suits me?

🔄 Return and exchange policy
Global unified standards:
Unopened products: Returns and exchanges are supported within 14 days (consumers bear the shipping cost);
Quality issues (such as packaging damage): describe the problem encountered, take pictures of the outer box and product damage, and send them to chenzhimeicosmetics@chenzhimeicosmetics.com Reissue or refund within 72 hours
Allergy issue: Free return and exchange with medical report
